I worked with a broad team of designers, developers, user researchers, and lead stakeholders to fully redesign the Xbox Support web experience end to end. I worked at every stage of the process, including development of user personas, definition of content, wireframes, flows, and final design and polish. A highly engaging, effective, and polished support experience was delivered to Xbox’s millions of users.
