Xbox Assist

Xbox Assist is a comprehensive support program for the Xbox ecosystem. The center of the program is a console based app that provides personalized support for every Xbox user. I worked with a team of designers and developers to build the first party console app, as well as cross platform tie-ins with the Xbox mobile app and the Xbox support website.

My focus was on the overall layout and structure of the user experience, as well as the notification system, which alerts users to potential issues relevant to them before they can negatively impact their experience. I also designed the logo and branding for the program, along with a variety of iconography used throughout.
